The Tonik is a Daily life essential! I am so happy to have found this product because I have had digestive and reproductive issues for majority of my existence and NOTHING has worked for me until I started using this product. I have become more regular and I feel lighter. The first two weeks was the hardest but once my body got used to it, it has been more rewarding. I have more energy and I feel lighter. I would highly recommend adding this product to your morning routine. 

The period tea saved my life! This is no joke as a woman suffering from endometriosis and ovarian cysts my period has always been irregular and extensively long. My last period lasted 63 days; although I was taking tranexamic acid my period did not stop. I stopped taking the medication and met Shelly a week later. She told me to try out the Period tea. I started using it and on day 3 my period stopped. I have used the tea every day since and it has helped with my bloating and cramping tremendously. I would suggest all women, especially women of colour, add this tea to their morning/night routine. 

I’ve been taking the Dark Rootz Tonik daily, on an empty stomach with 16 oz of water for over a month. I used to get recurring UTIs, I haven’t gotten UTI symptoms or UTIs ever since. I noticed regular bowel movements & less bloating! 

The Seamoss on the face is a game changer!!! Wowww 🥰. I  even added that on my hair for pre-poo, hoping it will help with shedding and healthy growth.
